Q: How much do our maps cost?
A: Take a look at our "Prices" page for information on map costs.

Q: Can you do rush orders?
A: Yes! And we often do not charge extra for them! When our schedule allows, the majority of our maps can be delivered to you in a week or less when you choose overnight delivery.

Q: When do I have to pay for the maps?
A: Due to the fact that your weddings maps are a unique creation designed especially for you and your event, we ask that you provide payment information during your one-on-one consultation, before we start the drawing process.

Q: How long will it take to get my maps?
A: From the day of your one-on-one consultation, our goal is to have your maps to you within two weeks.

Q: Can I print my own maps?
A: Our maps are professionally designed, printed, and shipped with the highest standards and attention to detail, therefore we prefer to oversee our map design through the entire creation and printing process. However, if you would prefer camera ready art or a high-resolution digital file, we would be happy to oblige.

Q: Do you offer cancellations or refunds?
A: We want you to be happy with your custom wedding maps, so we go out of our way to provide the customer service you deserve. However, due to the fact that each map is unique to your wedding, we cannot offer a refund for the map design once completed. We will be happy to refund any remaining costs if an order is cancelled prior to printing.
